Account information

When you create an account we collect your email, and optionally your first and last name, company and country. We use this to run your account, licenses and support.

Purchases and payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We keep order records (product, amount, date, status, receipt link) to deliver licenses and credits.

Prompt generation usage

We record prompts you generate and save, and Starter credit usage, so your history and credit balance work.

Analytics and site measurement

With your consent where required, we log page views and the campaign that brought you to the site (UTM parameters such as source, medium and campaign).

Advertising attribution and Google Ads

With advertising consent where required, we may load the Google tag and store Google click identifiers (gclid, gbraid, wbraid) to measure which ads lead to sign-ups and purchases.

Purchase conversions are counted from confirmed payments on our servers. Google receives conversion measurement data under its own policies. Remarketing cookies are only used if you allow advertising cookies.

Cookies and your choices

Strictly necessary storage (sign-in, security, checkout) is always on. Analytics and advertising cookies are optional; in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland they stay off until you accept. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time.

Emails

We send transactional emails (receipts, licenses, account security). If you start a checkout and don't finish, we may send up to three reminders. Upgrade and product emails are sent according to your marketing preferences. Every marketing or reminder email has an unsubscribe link, and you can manage preferences from your dashboard.

Service providers

We rely on trusted providers to operate the service: our hosting and database provider, Stripe (payments), our email delivery provider, AI model providers (to generate prompts), and Google (ad measurement, only with consent where required).

Data retention

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and as needed for accounting, tax and legal obligations. Analytics and attribution data is kept only as long as useful for measurement.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted by role, payment details stay with Stripe, and administrative access is limited and logged. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to marketing, or withdraw consent. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights.
